Shipping Policy

USPS is our primary shipping carrier.

Items are processed and shipped out within 24-48 Business hours (MondayFriday) after order is received and can take 5-7 business days to be
delivered.

Shipping time is estimated and is not guaranteed as there may be delays
due to the holidays and bad weather.
Expect your tracking information within 3-5 business days or sooner after
placing an order.

Domestic orders above $200 are automatically subject to a signature
delivery confrontation for security purposes.

Free shipping applies only to orders within the United States for a given amount spend.
Any return on a merchandise of free shipping should refer to our return
policy.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Express shipping

We do offer Priority Express Shipping once your order is placed before 12
noon Eastern Time and you checked out as Express Shipping. Your order will
be shipped out on the same day when requirements are met. Expect
delivery within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 noon Eastern time
will be shipped out on the next business day and you can expect delivery 1-3
business days after.

Address issues

We will cancel your order once your shipping and billing addresses do not
match.
In the case that you have an address error, WASTE NO TIME TO CONTACT
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP!
Items shipped out without timely correction we will bear no responsibility
for the incorrect information provided by the customer.

Loss/Stolen/Damaged packages

Dabodyyou Boutique will transfer any risk of Loss, Stolen or Damaged
package to the customer once the carrier reports merchandise was
successful delivered to the address provided.. In the case that we were
notified that your merchandise was delivered and you still do not have
possession of it, contact your local USPS office immediately at 1-800-ASKUSPS (1-800-275-8777).
ANY LOSS, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED AS A CLAIM
TO USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
All international orders takes 24-48 business hours to ship. USPS take about
10-15 days to deliver your order to your country. Delivery times are only
estimated and unforeseen circumstances as holidays and bad weather could
hinder and prolong delivery time.
Please exercise patience as we appreciate your business.

USPS IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ALL COUNTRIES at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please Note: Dabodyyou Boutique is not responsible for any fees assessed
by your local post office.

In a case that your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being
shipped, please contact your local Post office about your package and have
your tracking information available.

Consider that your package could be held by customs in your country for
pending retrieval fee. Any unclaimed package will be sent back to
Dabodyyou Boutique and we will be unable to refund you or resent you
merchandise
